It’s been a little while since I last shared here.
Life has gently ushered me into a new season — one that feels both grounding and expansive. I recently stepped into a new full-time role centred around writing (which still feels surreal to say out loud). Words have always been home to me, so to now work with them daily feels like a quiet answered prayer.
For now, Inner Balance Wellness remains my passion project — my sacred creative space. And with the stability of my day job, I feel even more inspired to slowly and intentionally introduce new offerings and workshops for you. There’s something beautiful about building from a place of steadiness rather than urgency.
Lately, I’ve been listening to Michael A. Singer, especially his teachings on The Untethered Soul at Work. His reflections have deeply resonated with me. I’m beginning to see work not just as a responsibility, but as a spiritual practice — a space to integrate awareness, to soften the ego, and to serve wholeheartedly.
Of course, I’m still human. Dedicating nine hours a day to work comes with its own challenges — especially when it comes to maintaining my health and energy. I’m learning that balance isn’t something you achieve once; it’s something you recalibrate daily.
Through it all, I feel immense gratitude.
Gratitude for life.
Gratitude for the opportunity to earn and grow.
Gratitude for the chance to weave my spiritual learnings and small daily rituals into the fabric of ordinary moments.
This season feels quieter, steadier — but no less meaningful.
And I’m excited for what’s unfolding next. ✨
